Introduction
The RCA Institute will assess potential RCA adopters to determine if their organization has a high likelihood of success using RCA to improve its management information and decision-making. This assessment process will comprise two steps: (1) an online survey (see below), and (2) feedback from and discussions with an experienced RCA Institute member on the potential for RCA adoption.
Survey Method
Companies interested in exploring or adopting RCA can submit an email address below and will receive an email containing a link to the survey. The survey should take between 9 and 12 minutes to complete. The Institute will contact respondents within two to three business days to discuss survey results and the potential for RCA adoption.
The Survey
The survey is divided into three sections: (1) Demographic Information (7 questions), (2) Current Costing Methodology (4 questions) and (3) The Perceived Value and Use of Information (8 questions). Survey information is for the sole use of the Institute to evaluate potential RCA adopters and will not be shared with any other organization.
