This document sets forth the RCA Institute Online Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") for this Web site (the "Site"). If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use this Site.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
All "personal information" ("personal information" is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains) that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. The RCA Institute reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, such changes by your continued use of the Site after such notice has been posted for thirty (30) days with the following exception: If at the time you provide personal information to the RCA Institute you are given the opportunity (as you currently are) to limit how such information will be used to communicate with you, the RCA Institute will not change your preference in this regard without your express consent. However, if the RCA Institute sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity, or the RCA Institute (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by or merged with, another entity, the RCA Institute may provide to such entity subscriber information that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without your consent.

Personal information on this Site is collected by the RCA Institute. The Site contains links to other sites at which personal information is collected. In such instances, unless expressly provided to the contrary, the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policy applicable to that site. As a visitor to this Site, you can engage in some activities without providing any personal information. In connection with other activities, such as subscribing as an RCA Institute member, the RCA Institute may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. For example, the RCA Institute makes information on RCA Certified software products and individual persons available to its members. By using this site you consent to the disclosure of such product or service related information to RCA Institute members.

This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. In addition, your Registration Information resides on a server that only selected RCA Institute personnel and contractors have access to via password. Please note that any information you post to a bulletin board or discussion forum, such as the RCA Institute Collaborative Services, is available to all persons subscribing to the Site.
Access to some services on this website requires you to enroll in either individual or corporate RCA Institute membership. Membership entails the collection of fees by the RCA Institute through credit card processing. The RCA Institute has contracted with a payment processing institution for the execution of all credit card transactions in their secure server environment. The RCA Institute does not collect or store any of your credit or credit card information. The contracted payment processing entity utilizes your credit and/or credit card information for the purposes of your transaction with the RCA Institute only. Please note that the RCA Institute does not store credit card processing details subsequent to the completion of a financial transaction.
Use of cookies
When you visit this Site, you can browse the Site and access important information without revealing your identity. In order to improve our Site, we use "cookies" to track your visit.
